2. What DealLens Does — And What It Doesn't
DealLens is a price comparison and deal aggregation service. We help you compare prices across retailers and see historical pricing information where available.
We are not a retailer. We do not sell products. Purchases you make happen on the retailer’s own website under that retailer’s terms. DealLens is not a party to those transactions.
3. Price and Availability Information
We do our best to show accurate information, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for price changes, sold-out items, retailer fulfillment issues, shipping delays, or any other issue that occurs on the retailer’s end.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
DealLens earns commissions when users purchase through some of our outbound links. See our Privacy Policy for details. Affiliate relationships do not influence the retailer results we display or how prices are ranked.
5. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests in a way that disrupts the Service or violates our rate limits
- Submit deals that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate a retailer’s terms
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes on others’ rights
We reserve the right to remove content and block users at our sole discretion.
6. Deal Submissions
If you submit a deal, you grant DealLens a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your submission on the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The DealLens name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding retailer product data) are owned by JJGTP Services, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.
Retailer product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. DealLens uses them under applicable fair-use or API license terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJGTP Services, LLC and its members from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
